Fish: Arctic char, whitefish, and trout are common and often smoked or grilled over an open fire.

Berries: Lingonberries, cloudberries, and blueberries are used in sauces, desserts, or simply enjoyed fresh.

Wild Herbs and Mushrooms: Gathered from the forests, these add flavor to dishes or are brewed into teas.
